Pilates at PAS Studios

PAS Studios offer a range of sessions from private, semi-private and group. Our private sessions are the perfect way to focus personally on your workouts. 

Appointments are essential


Your instructors will develop your programming based on individual requirements and abilities to help you reach and/or go beyond your goals.
The key modifications and variations of your exercise makes for a safe and effective workout for everyone from elite athletes, post injury and rehab clients, to anyone who simply wants to improve their quality of life with Pilates .
The equipment you will be using is specialised Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a range of other light equipment for a varied, enjoyable and challenging work out every time.

Pilates Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length - other options available upon request.

Semi-Private Sessions are also available by appointment and are perfect for friends and colleagues that want more individualised attention than in a class session.
These sessions are scheduled at your convenience and offer additonal savings over Private training.
Semi-Private sessions are a great way to give and receive support from your partner(s). Your Semi-Private Training Sessions utilise all of the specialised equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a variety of other light equipment for a varied, enjoyable and challenging session with a friend or colleague.

SPIN-LATES®

PAS Studios are proud to offer a unique and exciting format for you to gain the benefits of both Spin Bike (Cardio) exercise along with Pilates on light equipment.

Spin-Lates® is held in both private and group sessions. A terrific way to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, while participating in a fun and enjoyable activity. You will experience programming to suit your individual requirements of which you will reap the rewards of increasing your cardiovasular fitness as well as improving core functioning, balance, strength, stretching and postural improvements.

Spin-Lates® sessions will include the use of the newest and ergononically designed spin bikes and Pilates light equipment for a balanced, enjoyable and challenging work out every time.

Pilates and Spin-Lates® classes on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in increasing core strength, longer leaner muscles, fitness, flexibility, activating correct muscular skeletal patterning, sports enhancement and reducing back pain.
